About Michael

Michael brings a rare blend of insight, servant leadership, and creativity to his real estate practice. He began his career as a precious metals broker and stockbroker, developing a strong foundation in markets, risk management, and client advocacy.

Leveraging that early success, he went on to build and operate multiple entrepreneurial ventures, most notably a 22-year career as an IT and Engineering recruiter. During that time, he founded and grew Target IT Resources, earning a reputation for integrity, persistence, and results-driven partnerships.

Later in his career, Michael expanded into the creative arena, writing, recording, and producing two albums with the American Pop Music Experiment. He continues to perform professionally as an electric bassist, keyboardist, and vocalist—experience that further sharpens his ability to listen closely, collaborate effectively, and think creatively under pressure.
